Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how individuals and customers can request deletion of personal data processed by Voltrack, including data received through connected integrations such as Meta Lead Ads.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Include the business name, contact email address, and enough detail for us to identify the record or account to delete.
If your request relates to Meta or Facebook lead data, include the Facebook Page name, approximate submission date, and any lead reference you have available.

What we will do

We will acknowledge your request, verify that we are authorised to action it, and then delete or anonymise the relevant personal data unless we are legally required to retain part of it.

Where Voltrack acts as a processor for one of our customers, we may need to confirm the request with that customer before deletion is completed.

Typical timeline

We aim to respond to all verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Account profile data
CRM lead and contact records
Imported Meta or Facebook lead form data
Associated notes, attachments, and activity history where deletion is permitted
