About these terms
Voltrack is provided by Cangen Digital, a sole trader. These terms describe use of the service alongside your company's order form or service agreement. If a separately agreed order form or service agreement expressly varies these terms, that agreed provision takes precedence for the relevant subject matter.
Google integrations
Google Drive and Google Sheets are optional connections. The connected Google account must have access to the selected sources. Google's own terms and service availability also apply to those services.
The installation importer uses read-only access to read source information and download files for the configured workflow. Users must review source records, customer matches, folder matches, amounts and job details before confirming an import. Your company remains responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the resulting business records.
Scheduled checks depend on valid authorisation and the availability of Google, the application scheduler and background workers. Disconnecting Google stops use of that connection but does not remove information already imported.
Your information
Your company retains its rights in information it supplies. It authorises us to process that information as needed to provide and support the service under the applicable agreement and Privacy Policy. Do not upload or connect material you have no right to use, or use the service unlawfully.
Access and service operation
Features and access depend on your company's configuration and user permissions. We may maintain or update the service and investigate or restrict unlawful or unauthorised use in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Fees and subscriptions
Your package, subscription price, billing frequency and any setup or migration charges are set out in the order or service agreement you accept. Paid access is subject to payment of the agreed fees. Any changes to fees or material subscription conditions will be communicated before they take effect.
Cancellation and account closure
Cancellation, renewal and account-closure arrangements follow the package and service agreement accepted by your company. Contact [email protected] to request cancellation, discuss outstanding charges or arrange an export of your business records. Disconnecting a Google account is separate from cancelling Voltrack and does not delete imported information. Data retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
Service availability and support
We aim to keep Voltrack available and provide support, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet services and third-party integrations may affect availability. Any specific support hours, response targets or service levels must be agreed separately. Responsibility and liability
Voltrack supports business administration; your company remains responsible for reviewing records, calculations, imports, quotes, invoices and decisions made using the service. It does not replace professional engineering, accounting, tax or legal advice. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any further agreed allocation or limitation of liability is set out in your service agreement.
Changes, disputes and applicable law
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes affecting an existing agreement will be communicated and handled under that agreement and applicable law. Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve any concern. Any expressly agreed governing-law or jurisdiction clause in your service agreement applies; otherwise these matters are determined under applicable law.
